In Paul’s letter to the Christians of Colossae he used a very specific word 32 times; ALL. The church at Colossae was under attack from false teachers who were proclaiming that Jesus was not in fact God, Himself. Paul knew, as we do, that Christ was and is the visible image of the invisible God; not only as the active Creator but also as the recipient of creation.
