Chest and triceps at home, no commute, no crowds or drama- just elevated pushups, tricep extensions and flys on the stability ball. You don't need much weight, the limited rest time and superset method will make up for the lack of weight you may have used in a gym.
I usually use heavier weights in a gym to build some size and power..it's just the best way; but this home session is a good alternative and gives your joints a break from the heavier weights. Let's hit it!
