In this video I'm taking a break from work and taking you down into the parking garage with me to pass some time with the crossbow, urban style! I hadn't shot in a pretty long while so I am rusty- but always fun no matter what.

This is your basic recurve crossbow; it's cheap and fun but it's a decent shooter that can launch a bolt pretty well for what it is. It could take game if need-be, but I'd rather have an Excal for that. Soon;) I use auto-wax on the rail, it protects and makes the string blazing fast for more accurate shot placement.

I test 20" carbon and aluminum bolts against the 16" bolts that came with the crossbow. Those are kind of beat up and have been shot countless times so the vanes were screwed. I shaved them off and installed Quikfletch on them. If you can boil water, you can fletch your old bolts fast and easy with it.
